Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items marked “Ships from USA” arrive in about 3–7 business days; all other items in 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Check the holiday cutoff note on each product page. Advent calendars should be ordered by mid-November so they arrive before December 1.
Are your squishies safe for kids?
Our squishies are made from soft, non-toxic materials and are recommended for ages 6+. They contain small parts: keep them away from children under 3 and pets, and supervise young children during play.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31. Opened advent calendars and mystery boxes can only be returned if they're damaged or defective.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or email us at kerry@shopasacollective.com with your order number.
